Health Stack: Kaleigh Frost
Each week, we tap our network of health and fitness experts to offer personal insights and recommendations.
This week: Kaleigh Frost, co-founder and chief growth officer at WithU. Kaleigh’s wellness goals help her find balance amid demanding roles as a founder and parent of two. "For my physical and my mental health, I truly believe movement is medicine," she says.

Kaleigh Frost is co-founder and chief growth officer at WithU.
She sees exercise as essential "me time." "I run at least once per week, even if I'm absolutely exhausted," Frost explains. She finds that "running always shakes me out of my slump, energises me, and gives me mental clarity like nothing else."
Weekly in-person meetups, often "on the move," are equally essential. "I try to make sure I have a face-to-face catch-up with a friend at least once per week," she says, describing these social moments as "the best thing for my soul."
Here’s Kaleigh to share her wellness must-haves:
Proverb Deodorant: “I’ve been looking for a deodorant without harmful chemicals for a while, and finally found one I love. Proverb is a sustainable, aluminium-free deodorant that works! It smells amazing, doesn’t irritate my skin like regular deodorants, and it's refillable.”
Oura Ring: “As a founder and a mum, sleep is gold dust for me, and prioritising it makes the biggest difference for my energy levels andmood. Plus, as I wear it 24/7 I love it isn’t bulky.”
Ancient + Brave True Nightcap: “I’ve just started taking Ancient + Brave True Night with magnesium and adaptogens before bed. Anything that supports my sleep gets a big tick from me, and this helps me unwind, improves the amount of time I spend in deep sleep and it’s great for my skin too.”
Lumie Bodyclock Shine 300 – Wake-Up Light: “Lumie has been a game changer for my bedtime and morning routine. It’s a natural sunrise alarm clock that mimics dawn light to support your circadian rhythm, helping me wake up feeling refreshed instead of groggy. I use it to wind down with its sunset mode and wake up gently in the morning. I love it so much, I got my kids one too.”
Bala Bangles – Wearable Weights: “These are amazing for getting the most out of everyday movement. They’re wearable ankle/wrist weights that I pop on when I’m out for a walk or doing housework to add a little extra weight that subtly strengthens my muscles. Brilliant for when I’m short on time and can’t make it to the gym, or when I’ve had a cardio day and want to add in some activity that supports my strength without fatiguing my body.”
Vida Glow Marine Collagen: “I’ve noticed a real improvement in my skin since taking Vida Glow Marine Collagen. I pop a scoop into my morning smoothie or coffee and let it work its magic throughout the day. My skin feels firmer and it's helped with hair growth, too.”
Heights Vitals+: “Another morning essential, Heights Vitals+ supplement supports brain health and focus. I take Heights after breakfast and I’ve felt a big improvement in my focus and mental clarity since I started. I recommend it to everyone!”

On Our Radar
Interesting stories we spotted this week →
Attention recovery. Blocking smartphone internet for two weeks produced mental health benefits exceeding antidepressants while helping reverse cognitive aging. Without constant connectivity, participants increased exercise, socializing, and outdoor time, revealing the negative impact constant connectivity has on our mental health.
Weekend workouts. Research tracking 93,000+ people shows packing 150 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity into just 1-2 days offers the same health benefits as spreading it out. Both approaches appear to reduce all-cause mortality, cardiovascular disease, and cancer mortality. Can't exercise daily? No problem. Just hit that 150-minute weekly target, however it fits your schedule.
Plateau breaker. Feeling stuck? Time-restricted eating might aid your next breakthrough. New analysis reveals that intermittent fasting is particularly effective for people who are already physically fit and athletic, showing that combining an eight-hour eating window with regular exercise leads to greater fat loss than exercise alone — without sacrificing lean muscle.
Longevity window. Scientists have identified ages 40-59 as crucial for brain health, during this window, neurons begin struggling with glucose use. This "bending point" happens before visible aging appears, with brain function declining more rapidly after 60. To protect your brain, focus on metabolic health through regular exercise, quality sleep, and eating patterns that improve insulin sensitivity.
