SwimClub: Clinically-designed support for male fertility

Presented by SwimClub.

We're living through Spermageddon. Sperm counts have dropped nearly 60% since 1970, and men are at least partially responsible for half of infertility cases. Yet, it’s something that rarely gets addressed.

That’s why Stanford urologist Dr. Michael Eisenberg helped create SwimClub’s Spermatogen Complex — a 90-day protocol designed to support sperm count, movement, morphology, and DNA fragmentation issues.

The 90-day protocol uses 12 ingredients at clinically studied doses, chosen to match the real timeline of sperm development. It takes around 72 days to make new sperm, plus another stretch for them to mature, which is why SwimClub is designed as a 3 month cycle.

Ready to support better sperm health? Start your 90-day protocol at swimclub.co.

The Health Stack: Sophia Cheng

Sophia Cheng, founder and CEO of Oddball, knows what happens firsthand when you buy into New York's "work hard, play hard" script. By 29, the endless grind lifestyle left her with gut issues, acne, burnout, and eventually — back surgery.

Her story shows how small, joyful habits can do more for your health than any dramatic reset. Here’s how she puts that into practice:

Joy-first philosophy: For Sophia, that wake-up call was clear. Lasting change doesn’t come from dramatic overhauls but from small habits that spark joy. Her rule — "If it feels like a chore, I simply won't do it” —  is a reminder that the things you stick with should energize you, not drain you.

Movement that fits: Traditional gym routines never clicked for her. Instead, Sophia finds consistency in meditative treadmill walks with podcasts, simple strength sessions, and five-minute stretches. It’s proof that movement doesn’t have to be rigid to be effective.

Food as health: Growing up in Asia shaped her view that "food equals health, not just fuel." At home, cooking is central. Her husband's three-meals-a-day rhythm keeps things simple with one-pan recipes and whole foods.

Smarter snacking: Formerly hooked on junk food, Cheng made what she calls "deliberate, everlasting swaps." Think Poppi instead of soda, seaweed for chips, and quality chocolate in controlled portions. That philosophy inspired Oddball, her snack brand built on the idea thathealthy indulgence should feel easy and joyful.

Her current stack includes:

  • Santa Cruz Paleo Melon Electrolytes: “I start every morning with a big glass of water mixed with these electrolytes. It makes hydration something I look forward to.”

  • Five Star Wired Notebook or iPhone notes app: “My anxiety notebook. I write down fears, worries, and to-dos with no structure—just to clear my head.”.

  • How to Stop Worrying and Start Living by Dale Carnegie: “This book shifted my perspective. I revisit it whenever I start spiraling.”

  • Twinings Earl Grey Tea + Poppi + Wildwonder: “My soda replacement trio. With these, I finally broke my Diet Coke habit.”

  • Paprika App: “My husband’s secret weapon in the kitchen. It organizes our recipes and makings cooking stress-free.”

  • Maei MD Serum 6: “I’m way too lazy for a 10-step skincare regimen. But I recognize caring for your skin is essential. This serum is simple, effective, and travel-friendly.”

  • Eberjay washable silk pajamas: “If I could spend my whole life in pajamas, I probably would. These elevated my whole sleep experience.”

Weekend contenders? The fitness festival scene is hot, but are they here to stay? We think “yes,” but their longevity will depend on pairing consistency (like Runningman’s choose-your-distance race) with rotating variables (speakers, brand activations, concerts) to create destination weekends people will keep coming back to.

P.S. We’re heading to Strong New York this weekend, watching how fitness and culture collide. 💪
