Medical superintelligence. Microsoft's new AI diagnostic tool correctly diagnosed 85.5% of complex medical cases, more than four times better than experienced physicians. The AI system also costs less by avoiding unnecessary tests. The researchers envision a future where human empathy meets machine precision.

Rethink aging. A study of 2,800 adults found that chronic inflammation — long tied to aging — was mostly absent in indigenous populations. Unlike in industrialized societies, their inflammation didn’t increase with age, pointing to lifestyle and environment as bigger factors than biology.

Sleep strategy. WHOOP analyzed 6M+ nights of data and found a consistent pattern: earlier bedtimes lead to better workouts. Even when total sleep is shorter, going to bed earlier results in more next-day activity, with 9pm sleepers logging 30+ more minutes than 1am night owls.

Tennis for longevity? Research shows playing tennis can extend lifespan by up to a decade. The reason: Built-in HIIT training, brain stimulation, and cardiovascular benefits — all wrapped in a social, skill-driven sport.
