The Health Stack: Autumn Calabrese

Autumn Calabrese is a BODi Super Trainer and IIN-certified Hormone Health Coach. She turned her own experience with hormonal imbalances into a mission to help women better understand their bodies.

Autumn Calabrese.

Her discovery: When hormonal symptoms disrupted her health, Calabrese sought out the root causes, which inspired her to study hormonal wellness and earn her certification.

Her approach: She combines fitness expertise with medical guidance, partnering with doctors to design programs that are science-backed and holistic.

Her mission: To support women across every age and life stage with resources that move beyond one-size-fits-all solutions.

Here are Calabrese’s health and fitness must-haves:

  • Oura Ring: “I wear my Oura ring every day. Tracking my stress and sleep has been the biggest game changer, but I also love it for tracking my activity, steps, resting heart rate, cardiovascular age, and resilience.”

  • The Beast Blender: “This blender is great for making my morning Shakeology smoothies and taking them on the go.”

  • Fabletics: “Its sets come in bold colors and are also made from the softest fabric — they’re not only fashionable, but also comfortable.”

  • Raycon earbuds: “Music is a must for me. I love it when I’m working out, walking my dog, cleaning the house, or traveling. The Raycon earbuds have a perfect fit and they're affordable.”

  • Walking pad: “When it’s too hot or too cold, dark out, or I'm just short on time, I'll jump on my walking pad and get the blood pumping. Instant mood elevator.”

  • BODi app: “I’m proud to have created 18 workout programs and three nutrition programs for BODi. Between the recipes and classes on the app, it's everything you need to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident all in one place.”

  • Belle Vitale Supplements: The Belle Vitale Hormone Health supplements are exactly what I was looking for but couldn’t find, so we created them. I take them every day and never leave home without them.”
